Work through a self-paced online course with instructional videos, informative texts, and reflective activities designed by the Second Service Foundation and coaches Matt and Corie Weathers. Our online content helps you to begin answering the question, “What is your second service?”
As part of the Finding Your Second Service program, participants are encouraged to take the CliftonStrengths® assessment, an internationally recognized assessment to help you understand your strengths to unlock your potential.
For the first 50 participants in our 2024 cohort, the CliftonStrengths® Top Five Assessment is free. Participants after this offer has expired can purchase the Top Five Assessment on the Gallup website for $19.99. Additional fees apply to receive your Full 34 report.
With the aim of ensuring no financial strain on participants, we have also carefully chosen a cost-free Assessment option that delivers equivalent value, the “Stand Out Assessment” created by Marcus Buckingham.
