Thank you for registering as a coach for our upcoming Speed Coaching Events.
Below you will find the essential insights and details you will need for a successful coaching experience— from event logistics to coaching techniques, we’ve got you covered!
Speed Coaching sessions are not meant to solve major business problems, but provide tip-oriented advice and guidance. Participants are encouraged to bring materials related to their business questions to share with coaches. Participants may have specific questions for you, but if not, we have prepared information below to help you get the conversation started.
Participants rotate through the 15-minute sessions they signed up for upon arrival. You will coach at least three sessions. Groups will depend on the size of the venue. Coaching can be one-on-one or in small groups.
The sessions are an opportunity for small business owners to meet for personalized sessions with coaches of varying fields of expertise.
If you don’t know the answer to a query or are not comfortable answering a question, refer the Participant to another coach who is present at the Speed Coaching event, if possible.
